The thing I noticed was that Cengage was totally for JEE Advanced and contains the topics which are in the syllabus of JEE Advanced exam.But Arihant book contains many topics which are not in the syllabus ( especially in case of Coordinate Geometry ) .Both the books contain previous year question papers of JEE Advanced and many exercise questions.

Can’t say bad about any book. But I personally suggest Cebgage because I’ve used it and know how it is. Cengage is good in terms of toughness,number of problems and the way problems are segregated. You won’t have any problem while doing Cengage. And you’ll find very new questions so that you’ll have exposure to JEE type of studying.

ALL the Best! For algebra preferably cengage and for coordinate geometry go for SK goel ( Arihant) Arihant is good as it covers all topics and its neither too much not short in any area. WIth NCERT’s of 11th and 12th Solving arihant is more than enough for JEE advanced as well.
