Which board is best for class 12?
CISCE: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations is a private board, which offers curriculum for class 11th and 12th in India. Established in 1958, it is one of the most sought-after boards in India. The curriculum offered is one step ahead of the one in CBSE.
Is CBSE harder than state?

No, both are same level. If you are in class 11th with conceptually, then you do have to face problem in class 12th. You will find class 12th syllabus easier as compare to class 11th. And, entrances exams also contains about 60\% weightage from class 11th.
How difficult is HSC board compared to other boards?
HSC board has an edge over other boards in maths while CBSE board seems to be more focused on biology. Also the syllabus of 11th+12th in science stream is vast in HSC than in CBSE. So no board can be considered difficult. The only thing is paper correction in HSC which is really very very very tough.
Is it better to take education from ICSE or CBSE board?
Taking education from ICSE board is good till class 10th. CBSE board is better for pursuing class 12th.
