In order to kill Pitou, Gon had to “sacrifice everything”, his body, mind and in turn, his ability to use nen. However since Alluka reverted him back to his usual state, it can be assumed that he has regained the ability to use nen.

Gon have is porous closed, because now he is “normal”. Ging saw nen in Gon, so he only have to re-open the porous. I think clarity is needed on the matter, a lot of people say “he lost his nen” but mean that he lost his aura, in otherwords his ability to manipulate the body’s nen.
