How is the first week in IIM?
The first week of classes were fun, new subjects, new domains, awesome way of teaching, highly knowledgeable faculty and not just theory but applications of every concept. And most importantly, 8 hrs of sleep every day. After one week, the real MBA life started showing its face from the veil.
What is a day like in IIM?
Typically every day we have three lectures of 75 minutes each with 20 minutes break in between lectures from 8:45 am to 1:10 pm. Classes are mostly case discussions that students are supposed to study and analyze before coming to class. After the last class, we rush to mess to have our lunch.

Do freshers get into IIM A?
Yes definitely you can get into all IIMs except IIM B which prefer work experience students a lot. Don’t worry about weightage of work exexperience, in every IIM’s batch there are 30-40\% freshers. Even in some of the best colleges like IIM A and C they prefer freshers over work experienced students.
Does IIM have dress code?
#8 – There is no dress code, you can wear whatever you want.
How difficult is life in IIM?
At last I would like to tell you that life at the IIM campus may be hectic, frenetic, tiring but it is never dull. You will face challenges but you will learn to overcome those obstacles. That’s how you are groomed to be highly professional and organized in your life.
Is ragging done in IIM Ahmedabad?
Q. Does ragging take place in IIMs? Contrary to what we keep hearing in engineering and medical colleges, NO ragging takes place in the IIMs.
