How do universities access IB results?
The International Baccalaureate® (IB) provides an official transcript of grades for the DP. Before results are released, students can request to have results sent to six universities free of charge – and request to pay for additional transcripts as well.
How much does it cost to send IB scores?
Payment. All requests must include a processing fee of £10 GBP/ $17 USD for each transcript you request. The IB does not accept cash or postal orders.
How do I send my IB scores to UCAS?
If you are an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate, please ask your school IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to request that your results are sent to UCAS , so that we can receive these automatically.
How do I find my IB PIN number?
If a candidate lost their personal/candidate code and/or personal identification number (PIN), how do they retrieve this information? If a candidate has lost their candidate/personal code and/or PIN, he/she should contact the school’s DP coordinator. For data privacy reasons, the IB cannot provide this information.
When should I send my scores to colleges?
Most schools suggest you to send scores 2-4 weeks before application deadlines. So if you wait for the scores on 10/24 before ordering it, it may be late for Nov 1 deadline if the school needs it by deadline. 21 days to get scores and then 1-2 weeks turn around for delivery to schools.
Which colleges require all SAT scores sent?
Colleges currently having an “all scores” rule are the following: Georgetown: requires all SAT, all ACT, and all subject test scores, see https://qatar.sfs.georgetown.edu/admissions/faqs (and click open question on sending all scores).
What are the requirements for an IB Diploma?
In order to receive an IB diploma, candidates must receive a minimum of 24 points or an average of four (or C) out of a possible seven points for six subjects. Candidates must also receive a minimum of 12 points from their Higher Level subjects and a minimum of 9 points from their Standard Level subjects.
Can you submit SAT scores before applying to college?
Yes, you can absolutely do that but you do not need to. Your SAT scores should reach the college you are applying to before their deadline to accept any application related material. Yes, this applies to all colleges so do not fret.
