I would pick bleach simply because it has more action and the animation is top notch. Fillers are there in both the anime, so there is not much to compare in that department. Naruto was great in first part but was going downhill from shippuden. The only arc i liked was the pain arc.

NARUTO is a very good anime, builds way better from the manga material unlike OP but there was always some over-the-top melodrama and the final 40 odd chapters (You know, post-Maito Gai’s heartbeat scenario…) that really left a sore spot in my fondness of it.
