It is because most the players are anime fans and love to hear the voices of Japanese seiyuu. This is a typical marketing strategy. Actually I play these game with my phone muted, I don’t mind the characters are voiced by seiyuu or not. Because the target audience of this kind of game is mainly otaku in China.
