Improved Motor Skills – Juggling is a skill which requires throwing and catchign skills, rhythm and timing, hand-eye co-ordination. These in turn encompass both fine and gross motor co-ordination. Rhythm and Timing – Some students prefer to learn juggling to music. This way they can throw and catch ‘on the beat’.

1) Find 3 matching balls. It will be easier to juggle when you’re first starting out if all the balls are the same size and weight. 2) Hold 2 balls in your dominant hand and 1 ball in your other hand. Holding the 2 balls in your dominant hand will be easier when you’re starting out. 3) Stand with your elbows bent 90 degrees and your palms facing up. Look straight out in front of you. 4) Toss one of the paired-up balls into the air gently.
