BITS Goa is definitely comparable to top NITs and is even better than NSIT and DTU. Quality of students at NSIT and DTU have dropped down since the introduction of home state quota (85\%). On the other hand BITS Goa has no reservation of any kind.

As IIIT Hyderabad is consistent with their placements record I believe for time being they are best when it comes to placements among these institutes. But I clearly see that if IIITD is successful in retaining and recruiting faculty the way they have done it, they will easily be best among all these.
