Is IDEO associated with design thinking?
Thinking like a designer can transform the way organizations develop products, services, processes, and strategy. IDEO did not invent design thinking, but we have become known for practicing it and applying it to solving problems small and large.

Creative and Collaborative People at IDEO are highly creative, inclusive and fun to be around. They are as diverse as a group gets. I’ve never seen so many international people from all industries working together to design and solve a problem. Management is similar to a consulting company, matrix oriented.

Design thinking isn’t a subject or a topic or a class. It’s more of way of solving problems that encourages risk-taking and creativity. Design thinking is used in the arts, in engineering, in the corporate world, and in social and civic spaces. You can use it in every subject with every age group.
