Yes, you may take the exam as many times as desired, but full payment is required for each attempt unless you meet the training and exam criteria for a free retake of select ISTQB exams.

Can I retake an ISTQB exam if I fail? Yes, you can. Contact your accredited training provider if you took a training course and they should be able to guide you or you can purchase a retake from the iSQI shop.
Can you retake the ISTQB exam?
Yes, you may retake the exam by paying for another voucher at the same cost. Note that you can get a free Advanced Level Exam retake voucher if you meet ASTQB’s criteria – see Free ISTQB Advanced Retake for information.
How do I retake the ISTQB foundation level exam?
After verification of eligibility we will provide an ISTQB voucher code that can be used to schedule a retake of the exam. Your retake must be completed within 4 months of the original exam at a Kryterion testing center or online. This is available one time for each certification.

Expert Level ISTQB® certificates are valid for 5 years and may be renewed either by examination or by completing 200 Certification Extension Credits (CEC).

How do I pass ISTQB Foundation in first attempt?
Read the question twice or thrice and try to understand it. There are few words in the questions which needs more attention like NOT, NEVER, ALL, EVERY, etc. After attending the mock test check for your answers and watch your scores. You need to solve more than 26 questions correctly in order to pass the exam.
