Just go in to JPay.com and follow these steps:

1. Enter a valid incarcerated ID.
2. Select the correct incarcerated individual from the list you will be provided.
3. Provide us with your email and password.
4. Enter your billing information as it appears on your card statement.

How do you buy stamps on JPay?

1. In the Payment Verification box, click on the text, JPay Email/eMessaging Terms of Use to read them. Then select the checkbox acknowledging you have read and agree to JPay’s eMessaging Terms of Use.
2. In the Payment Verification box, confirm the payment information is correct then click Buy Stamps.

Does JPay charge a fee?

Other than for sending money orders, which is a free Payment option, you agree to pay JPay a fee for using the JPay Service, at the rate in effect at the time you make a Payment (the “Service Fee”). All Service Fees are non-refundable. prior to the crediting of your Payment to the incarcerated individual’s account.

Deposits for Inmates. The Sheriff’s Office offers two ways to deposit funds into inmate’s accounts. If you are at the Jail facility, you may deposit money into an inmate account by using the Canteen Kiosk which is conveniently located in the main lobby. The Kiosk accepts Cash or Credit.
