Can RBI Grade B officer do PhD?

Cadre of Recruitment: Recruitment at entry level for the post of PhD in Grade ‘B’ for Research Position. Educational Qualifications (to be completed as on 31/07/2019): Ph. D. in areas of Economics or Finance from reputed universities (Indian or Foreign) is the minimum required educational qualification.

Can we study after RBI Grade B?

Yes, absolutely. After your MBA, you would a thorough knowledge of Finance & Management which itself is a complete paper worth 100 in RBI Grade B Phase-2. It would be a plus point for you.
