Can I install 2 versions of ZBrush?

If you have different versions of ZBrush 4 and above installed they can be used together with GoZ as the main components remain the same, but it’s not possible to work on the same project between multiple versions of ZBrush at the same time.

Can you upgrade ZBrushCore to ZBrush?

A ZBrushCore perpetual license can Move Up to the full ZBrush at any time. Subscription, volume and floating licenses are not eligible. All upgraded licenses will be commercial licenses; it will not be possible to Move Up from ZBrushCore to an academic ZBrush license. To upgrade, please log in to the My Licenses page.

Is it worth buying ZBrush?

Zbrush is a fantastic piece of software but at a cost. For the full version of Zbrush you are looking at about $900 USD just to purchase. It is no wonder the prospect of a less feature rich version being available for a quarter of the price is enticing.

Which is better ZBrush or Mudbox?

Mudbox is way more efficient and accurate when it comes to texture painting. Indeed, it has a layer-based texture painting workflow, easier to use and much more convenient than the process actually available through ZBrush. Each map is assigned to a material, and they can have multiple layers.
