The Westview Anomaly or the Hex, was the name of the hexagonal shaped barrier around Westview, New Jersey that housed the reality of “WandaVision” was accidentally created by Wanda Maximoff. Crossing the barrier into the Hex transformed outsiders into the sitcom reality inside.

The season ends with Billy and Tommy fading away as Wanda’s sitcom universe does around them. Vision and Wanda put the boys to bed, she thanks them for letting her be their mother, and she leaves the twins to vanish—which isn’t that different from her world in the comics.

So Vision, always trying to be helpful, gives White Vision a gift. He calls it “data,” but it’s more than that. We see flashes of Vision’s history with Wanda. And then the glowing spot on his forehead where the Mind Stone used to sit turns from green to gold — the color of the stone.
