Good project and work but everything outside of that is a pain. Like most consulting company infosys is very much driven by which project and what kind of work you’re doing. If you’re in a good project, good client, a good manager you’ll be fine. However everything outside of the project is a painful process.

Have worked for 5+ years with Infosys in a Finance role and I can say it is a great organization to start your career with. Pays fairly well but the work life balance is screwed to the max. I would still recommend to work for Infosys as it can give you an amazing opportunity to grow as a professional.
