How much percentage is required in iit-ira1 for TCS?
IRA1 will held on the very first day an contains simple question from your aspire and it is compulsory to get more than 50 \%. If you get less than that TCS will send you back and later inform you when u have to join again.
When is IRA conducted after joining the training program?

What is a lap after the end of ILP?
A LAP after the end of your ILP is nothing but a remedial class that is conducted for 10 days to focus on the topics which were not clear to you during the tenure of your ILP. After the completion of the LAP period, you will be reporting to your base location.
