Is IaaS and HaaS same?

HaaS is sometimes also called Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). HaaS allows service providers to rent hardware resources. Rather than purchase servers, software, racks, and having to pay for the datacenter space for them, the service provider rents those resources.
