Division templates can be created and modified by the player using spending army experience. The composition of your division can make or break a battle. You can edit division templates by going to: Recruit & Deploy -> Then click “Edit” on the desired division.

For Poland and France you want 40width light tank division, but you can make do with 20width if you’re focusing more on planes. For the USSR you want 40width tank divisions, 9 medium tank, 4 SPART, 4 Motorized, 2 SPAA. This is the most optimized template as of now.
