Does getting ITA guarantee PR?
An ITA does not guarantee a person will be approved for permanent residence. They still have to meet admissibility requirements under Canada’s immigration law (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act). Candidates who get an ITA will have 90 days to submit a complete electronic application for permanent residence.
