First and foremost, you are free to leave an apprenticeship at whatever stage if you feel the need to do so. However, it is important to acknowledge that if you leave your apprenticeship before completion, you will not gain a qualification despite possibly completing a substantial amount of work.
What is the next step after apprentice?
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress onto a higher level apprenticeship. This will give you the chance to advance your skills and gain another qualification in your chosen area of study. Higher level apprenticeships allow you to expand your existing abilities.
How many hours can apprentice work?
Apprentices should work for a minimum of 30 hours a week, and a maximum of 40. Time spent off the job at a college or in training is included. Part-time apprenticeships can be agreed by your employer, at a minimum of 16 hours per week.

An establishment with total strength 100 can engage maximum of 10 apprentices and minimum of 3 apprentices.
What happens after the period of apprenticeship training in POWERGRID?
