Can I do NDA after BTech?
U can apply for NDA (National Defence Academy) exam between the age of 16 1/2 to 18 1/2. If u have a B Tech degree ,then u can apply for CDSE exam held by UPSC as well as u can apply for the direct entry scheme for B Tech cadets. hope it helps!
Final year students of BE/B Tech programs like- Mechanical/Civil/ Electronics/Power/Marine/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Electrical/Metallurgy/Production/IC/Telecommunications/Mechatronics/Control Engineering or B Arch, Naval Architecture are eligible to apply. Candidates must have minimum 60\% marks up to 6th semester.
The applications are made through the UPSC conducted NDA application form. One can also join the Indian Navy as an officer through the 10+2 BTech entry scheme. The Navy directly selects 10+2 unmarried male qualifiers through this scheme based on the rank secured in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main).
Can we write NDA after graduation?
No, not NDA specifically, because it only takes 12th pass male candidates between the age of 16 1/2 to 19 yrs, so whoever joins does so either just after 12th or in his first year of graduation. As far as joining the Army is concerned, there is a womens’ entry which you can apply for after graduation.
Is btech necessary for NDA?
No, In NDA you will doing Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts from JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University).
How can I join Indian Air Force after Btech CSE?
Written exam followed by SSB for successful candidates. Three papers consisting of General awareness, English and Mathematics. Graduate (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course). Final years eligible.
