Why can Loki do magic and Thor cant?
Thor was likely trained as a warrior while Loki trained in the magic arts. He hasn’t used magic in any of the MCU films. He’s likely never learned to use it. Magic is shown in Doctor Strange to take much training and practice and Thor likely never decided to undergo this training.
