What is the duration of TCS ILP in Nagpur?
Duration of TCS ILP depends on company requirements. Mostly duration of TCS ILP is nearly three months. Time period of training is 40 working days for On-campus placed people and 60 working days for Off-campus placed people. But I want to share my experience of TCS ILP. I joined TCS Nagpur in the month of 28th January (2019).
What is the duration of an ILP batch?
The first batch of a new academic year to come ILP is on 1st week of June. Duration of ILP is 3 months. ILP batches run in every months. However for students of new academic year, ILP batches start from May (probably last week onward).
What is the TCS ILP time for the Xplore program?
In 2019, TCS ILP was of 1.5 months for us even after pursuing the Xplore program. But may be now ILP is no more there for any new joiners. Might be possible there are some changes for 2020 batch, but for 2019 this was the whole process that we went through.

ILP stand for initial learning program, It is a 3 month training program given to fresh graduates after they join TCS. During this period of time they are trained in some particular technology, like JAVA, Mainframe, .NET, Unix etc..
What is the duration of an ILP course?
Normal duration of ILP is 60 working days. 35 working days of essential training on technical and business skills followed by 25 working days of project work. More than 95\% of the students get through the training at first attempt.
