Will HBR dissolve in water?

Where can I find a free copy of the HBR?
HBR articles should be available on EBSCO which you can access “for free” with a university subscription. Last time I checked these were low-resolution scans of the paper magazine however, which are somewhat annoying to read.
What are some of the best business magazines to read?
Strategy+Business – at a minimum, sign up for their newsletters and read what interests you. This publication has been around for a while, but I still like HBR better. MIT Technology Review – a bit tech heavy, but great content. Insights by Stanford Business – is just ‘okay’ from my perspective.
