How does reiatsu increase Aizen’s speed?
Aizen could increase his speed, his reactions, his strength, his durability by increasing his reiatsu. Reiatsu increases all of those abilities, when it increases. Whether it’s reiatsu or the 4 areas of Shinigami combat, Aizen had to have the natural potential to reach the heights he did during the Soul Society Arc.
Is Aizen naturally talented or did he learn it?
Aizen is clearly naturally talented, if not just in spiritual power but in intellect. Both supplied the other with growth and effectiveness. It is not unlikely that he has augmented his power with experimentation and such like some other characters have. He is also born with an incredible Zanpakuto that basically makes him unstoppable.
