OmniFocus Collaboration – Omni previously announced upcoming support for linked tasks and plans to create a bridge between OmniFocus and OmniPlan. They’re upping their game and will be making it possible to share entire projects, not just individual tasks.

What can Asana guests do?
Guest Account Capabilities Guests can add, edit, assign, and follow Tasks in the Project, but they can’t delete the Project. Guests can also add other guests to the Project – so if you’re working with an external team, you can invite just one person from that team and they’ll be able to invite their colleagues.
Is Asana worth paying for?
After a few years of using Asana Free, I’d say it’s totally worthwhile if your needs are simple. For example, if you’re a small business without many team members, or you’re someone looking to manage their personal tasks better, it can be a great fit.
