Can I shift from one IIM to another?
There is no restrictions on the interviews you can attend as every IIM works separately. Every IIM has its own parameters, different weightages, they make separate merit list and call students separately. So you don’t need to worry about it at all.
Will other Iims start IPM?
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore conducts Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT). You get admission in Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management. There is no other IIM providing this course as of now. At present it is just IIM Indore and there is no update for any other IIM.

TL;DR, Yes. But, not a practicl thing to do. Technically you can leave after first 3 years of IPM, but since it is a 5 year program, you won’t receive any certification or testimonial of your 3 years of study at IIM Indore. So, essentially you will be left with IGNOU degree and 3 years of IPM education that isn’t certified.
What is the duration of the iPM programme?
The Programme consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years, with each year having 3 terms of 3 months. IPM is in two parts. The first three years build a foundation, and the last two years focus on management.
