It is based on 12th percentage and jee main mark (sastra will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75+jee main mark * 0.25) Total 165 marks. And Out of 165 marks what is your marks based on that they will give the seat. Therefore there is no minimum percentile you need.

There is no specific cutoff in ipe marks to get into sastra. According to 2019 if you want to get a seat in CSE you must be your state topper. You get ECE or EEE if your marks are 986+. This is for other state students (IAM from Telangana).
