Virtual instructor-led training or VILT is a form of synchronous online training that is delivered in a virtual environment with the instructor and learners participating in the session at the same time, but from different locations.

What is illilp in TCS?
ILP (Initial Learning Program) is a program to train the newly joined freshers for TCS. One will be mapped to a specific technology by TCS and you will given training in that stream. The streams may be java, bipm, .net, c++/unix etc.
How long does it take to complete ILP in TCS?
Each week they have to face some test in which one have to pass in-order finish your training within 60 days.:) Those who excel throughout got good rating and certificate at the end of ILP. ILP stand for initial learning program, It is a 3 month training program given to fresh graduates after they join TCS.
How many TCS ILP centers are there in India?
All over India, following TCS ILP centers are there: 1. Ahmadabad 3. Hyderabad 4. Kolkata 5. Trivandrum – Thiruvananthpuram During this training period, you will be trained in technical and business skills aspects. Time period of training is 40 working days for On-campus placed people and 60 working days for Off-campus placed people.
What is it like to learn technology during ILP?
During ILP you will have to learn a technology and do some small project in team. I emphasised on the word ‘learn’ because here no will come and teach you. Learning there is digital, they have prepared courses.
