What is God in this world?
In monotheistic thought, God is conceived of as the supreme being, creator, and principal object of faith. God is usually conceived of as being omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and omnibenevolent as well as having an eternal and necessary existence.
Is there a God there is now?

An Earth god is a deification of the Earth associated with a male figure with chthonic or terrestrial attributes. In Greek mythology, the Earth is personified as Gaia, corresponding to Roman Terra. Egyptian mythology have the sky goddesses, Nut and Hathor, with the earth gods, Osiris and Geb.
Why did God put us here on Earth?
God put us here for a purpose—and that purpose is to live for Him and experience the joy of His presence every day.
Why do people believe in God?
There are also motivational reasons for religious belief. People who are socially isolated tend to have more religious faith, perhaps allowing them to feel they’re not truly alone. Likewise, people facing death are more likely to express faith in God and an afterlife.
Does the Bible say why God created the world?
No, I was just looking for some possible answers—a new perspective, if you will, on the question. After all, the Bible doesn’t say explicitly why God decided to continue putting up with the flawed humans that were corrupting His creation, or why He created the world even though He knew it would go wrong.
Is “God” just a religion?
Some think “God” is just a religious concept that was fabricated out of the minds of primitive man in an attempt to account for the world around him. These statements could not be farther from the truth. In reality, belief in God is extremely rational and is grounded in the best scientific evidence we have.
