What is the work environment and culture like at Johnson Controls?
Johnson Controls was a decent company to work for over all. The pay could have been better but it offered paid training if you really needed the extra pay. The hours were not flexible at all, and the shop floor usually only got a week or two notice for changes in the schedule. However if you are applying to a factory job, this is to be expected.
