Did Itachi and Obito cast MS jutsus without their eyes?

Obito was freed from controlling Kurama in begining of their fight. And yes both Itachi and Obito casted MS jutsus Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Kamui without MS pattern on their eyes (with simple Sharingan pattern) in manga. If we are not using filler for Shisui then why the fuck does this thread exist?
