Pradeep’s Physics and Chemistry are good choices if you are preparing for JEE all yourself along with the 11th and 12th. I prepared for 11th and 12th with those books but still if you are willing to score a 60\% + in exam like JEE by self study try book like Cengage by G. Tewani .

Not at all. I would suggest you to never go for Pardeep. Pradeep contains only unnecessary stuff and simple problems.
