Is HC Verma and Cengage enough for JEE advanced?

Hello There , Hc verma , and Cengage books are very good for good conceptual understanding of concepts . Most probably these books along with your coaching material is sufficient for Physics Jee mains preparation .

Is HCV enough for JEE Mains and advance?

It should be enough. However, I would suggest that you be very thorough with your NCERT books also for JEE Mains. The more you solve the question papers, the better it will be. Also solve sample papers.

Is Irodov useful for JEE Mains?

Very few questions in Irodov are useful for JEE. Do only selected problems which seem relevant to the syllabus, even those are pretty much above JEE level. Some questions in JEE test the patience of the students. Irodov could be useful for those. Again, if you feel you are off somewhere, pack the bags and get back to HC Verma.

What is the difference between HCV and Irodov?

So HCV can be solved easily with some interest and careful attempts, while for Irodov you may have to think of very hard to perceive situations based on the information in the text. However even this can be nurtured with regular practice and hardwork. Is H.C. Verma enough for the JEE or do I need to solve problems from Cengage or Irodov?

Irodov and DC pandey both are really good for JEE ADV. Prep . But I’ll like to suggest one thing : Take any book you wish and prepare that book throughly, as JEE advance wont copy the questions from different books.These books are merely meant for practice and Question type knowledge.

How do I prepare for the Irodov exam?

You need to have much practise in that case. Practise from DC Pandey which will be sufficient if you take regular practise of these questions. If you want then you can go for IE IRODOV for slightly challenging questions. Another combination that you can solve is CENGAGE AND IRODOV.
