You can mail to the HR with a valid reason for reschedule of joining. If required, you might be asked to attach supporting documents. Mail the HR of your joining location with a valid reason and attach required documents. Note :They would not entertain invalid and unpleasing reasons for rescheduling.

Will TCS reschedule my ILP?
TCS will reschedule your ILP if you have valid reason for rescheduling and they will confirm you for the same. But you can never predict when will your joining letter come again. My friend who rescheduled her ILP got the joining in the very next month but I have even seen people who get joining very late.
How long does it take to get joining letter after reschedule?
Most of the times whenever they or we request to reschedule they will add them to the last batch or last before batch. According to the joining date of that batch 20–30 days before you will get the joining letter. Don’t worry about that soon you will get the joining letter.
Can I Change my stream after doing an ILP course?
No. You don’t have any chance. You can apply, request, fight or do whatever you want.. but it is totally up to the HR department and they won’t change your stream. But in case of projects after ILP, you will get to choose your projects if you have performed well during your ILP tenure.

TCS is very very strict at verifying any person who joins the company. They have fired a guy after 8 months of joining when they find a document fraud. In your case, they should call you soon as soon as they verify the details and confirms with HR management.
