TCS will reschedule your ILP if you have valid reason for rescheduling and they will confirm you for the same. But you can never predict when will your joining letter come again. My friend who rescheduled her ILP got the joining in the very next month but I have even seen people who get joining very late.

It’s been almost 6 months and still I haven’t received my joining mail from TCS whereas my friend whose documentation got completed after me already received his joining letter.
