Which verb is used with had been?
The past perfect continuous tense (also known as the past perfect progressive tense) shows that an action that started in the past continued up until another time in the past. The past perfect continuous tense is constructed using had been + the verb’s present participle (root + -ing).
Would have or had been?
Correct: If I had known that you were going to the movies, [then] I would have gone too. The conditional perfect can only go in the “then” clause — it is grammatically incorrect to use the conditional perfect in the “if” clause: Incorrect: If I would have known that you were going to the movies, I would have gone too.
Would have been ing grammar?
This tense can be used in Type 3 conditional sentences. It refers to the unfulfilled result of the action in the if-clause, and expresses this result as an unfinished or continuous action. Again, there is always an unspoken “but..” phrase….1. Form.

Would had been grammar?
First, modal auxiliaries like would are always followed by the base form of the verb, not by a past or past participle, so would had is never grammatical, (in any variety of English, as far as I know). You mean would have, as Kate Bunting said in a comment.
Has been ING meaning?
When used with have/has, it means that the speaker started the event in the past, but it continues to the present. I have been walking my dog for a while. So “has been +ing” is the present perfect progressive tense and is in the active voice.
Would you mind to or would you mind ing?
We use the phrases would you mind + -ing form, and do you mind + -ing form to ask people politely to do things. Would you mind is more polite and more common: Would you mind opening the window, please?
