For last 1.5 year, TCS ITA promotion gives flat Rs.75k increment, irrespective of the previous band received. I got the same having my previous band being ‘A’. My friend also got the same, his previous band was ‘C’.
What is the Max PA increment after ITA promotion?

How many years does it take to get ITA promotion in TCS?

You will be eligible for the next promotion when you complete 7 years, when the designation changes to AST. Of course, these promotions are expedited in case you are a high performer, i.e. you have managed to get 2 consecutive A bands.
