As a final year RV CSE student (2021), I would say ISE is better than CSE. This is from placement and opportunities point of view as the curriculum doesn’t matter (both are obsolete). The main noticeable difference is that ISE has fewer students (around 60) whereas CSE has thrice that number (around 200).
