What is a reciprocal listing in real estate?
Broker Reciprocity is a system where brokers give each other permission to display their listings on each other’s web sites. Brokers who participate in the program (called Broker Reciprocity Subscribers or BRSs) can display all of each others active listings.
Can you list on realtor com without an agent?
Realtor.com only allows licensed real estate professionals and realtors to post listings on their website. To get your listing on their site you’ll have to work with a real estate agent who has access to your local MLS as realtor.com pulls all MLS listings and posts them on their website.
