- Applicants from Local Universities.
- Applicants from autonomous universities in Singapore must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least Honours (Distinction) or better.

How much does it cost to apply to study at NTU?
All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of S$21.40 per programme. Payment can be made online via credit or debit card, once you have submitted the online application. References must be submitted personally by your two referees* to [email protected], using the email title: ‘Reference ’.

What is the most competitive RSIS program?
There are four programs in RSIS: IPE (International Political Economy), IR (International Relations), AS (Asian Studies) and SS (Strategic Studies). In my experience, the IPE is the most difficult and competitive program; then it comes IR, followed by AS and SS.
