Can you shoot through Leomunds tiny hut?

All other creatures and objects⁠ are barred from passing through it. Based on that description, in order to pass out of the dome, the arrows would have had to be inside the dome initially. If they were inside the dome initially, it should be possible to shoot them back inside the dome as well.

Can sound go through Leomund’s tiny hut?

You might not be able to rest. If the goblins know what a leomund’s tiny hut is then they know they can’t get in. They also know that their sound can.

The area of effect can’t pass through. Jeremy Crawford says that the tiny hut doesn’t have a floor. If that’s true I would rule that in general the spell does not block scrying unless the ground below you also stops that spell.
