Is work supposed to be fun?
Work isn’t supposed to be fun. It’s not play. In the best case scenario, it’s rewarding in financial and psychological ways but it’s not like going to Disneyland. You can anecdotally “prove” anything you want in an organization with thousands of employees.

What is the point of having a fun job?
