You see in every big 4, the clients are charged on hourly basis. A CPA, American CA, hourly charge rate is much much higher than an Indian CA. with growing competition asking big 4s, they can’t afford their American CPAs to spend time filling in excel sheets which have barely any significance. So they outsource such jobs to PwC india.
