If you want to be nominated by that province or territory, you must contact them directly and apply to their PNP Express Entry stream. (This process will happen between you and the province or territory – you will not use your account.)
Can you apply for more than one PNP?
Yes, you can apply for multiple PNP program but if you get PNP of more than one Province, you will need to make a choice that in which province you would like to that and applying more than one province will cost you as well which is non refundable. All the best.

What is an invitation to apply (ITA)?
Once in the pool, candidates are eligible to be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for the program (s) whose requirements they appear to meet based on the self-declared information in their profile. The ITA is an auto-generated correspondence issued to Express Entry candidates through their online account.
How long does it take to complete the ITA application?
Most files are successfully processed to completion within six months. This is easily done by clicking a button provided on the ITA notice itself. The candidate’s profile is placed back in the pool and is eligible for selection in subsequent draws. The invited candidate fails to submit an application within 60 days.
