How do you qualify for Physics Olympiad?
Students must be eligible to compete at the International Physics Olympiad to be invited to U.S. Physics Team training camp. This requires that they are U.S. citizens, or hold a green card and have attended school in the U.S. for at least three years.
How can I participate in International Physics Olympiad from India?
Eligibility : All Indian students who are born on or after July 1, 2000 and, in addition, are in Class XII or lower as of November 30, 2019 are eligible to appear for NSEP 2019. A student may appear for more than one subject provided the examination schedule allows it.
What is the age limit for International Physics Olympiad?

The age of the contestants should not exceed twenty years on the 30th of June of the year of the competition. The delegation leaders must be specialists in Physics or Physics teachers, capable of solving the problems of the competition competently. Each of them should speak English.
How long is f ma?
75-minute
There are several rounds of exams. The F=ma exam is a 75-minute exam with 25 multiple choice questions focusing on mechanics. Two versions of the exam are given, the F=ma A and F=ma B. Approximately 400 students will be invited to take the USA Physics Team (USAPhO) exam, based on their scores in the F=ma exam.

The International Physics Olympiad (IphO2021) starts in Vilnius and will continue throughout the week. Nearly 400 students from 76 countries participate at the event for which preparations lasted around four years.

The Closing Ceremony will be streamed on YouTube July 24th. Results will be posted here once they are available. The 2021 IPhO is July 17-24, 2021 in Vilnius, Lithuania. This year’s competition will be held virtually. Information about the IPhO can be found at www.ipho2021.lt.
